Counseling Approaches

At the heart of any effective therapeutic relationship lies fine attunement, empathy, and the ability of the clinician to understand the client's internal experience while also maintaining an objective and grounded stance from which to offer interventions.

Upon that vital relational foundation various specific approaches may be laid. The approaches offer lenses through which to view and techniques to employ in seeking to help the client reach a deeper level of integration and authenticity in living their unique life.
